About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive
Spearhead the design and launch of a partner-based virtual logistics network to take full ownership of the post-purchase experience, thereby boosting customer trust and driving repeat purchases through a reliable delivery and a seamless 'Credit Guarantee' process.
What you will do
Develop and present a comprehensive strategic plan and product roadmap for the virtual model, securing full buy-in from leadership and key partners to greenlight the pilot phase.
Implement the end-to-end "Credit Guarantee" and returns product, ensuring valid customer claims are processed within 48 hours and achieving a customer satisfaction.
Expand the virtual pilot to cover of marketplace order volume, demonstrating the model's scalability and positive impact on key operational metrics.
Define and track cost-per-delivery metrics, achieving a reduction in average fulfillment cost for pilot merchants compared to the existing decentralized model.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in strategic product development in logistics, supply chain
5-7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment.
Proven track record of launching and scaling a logistics or fulfillment product from 0 to 1, preferably involving complex integrations with third-party partners..
Demonstrated ability to use data to significantly improve key logistics KPIs, such as reducing delivery times, lowering cost-per-shipment, or increasing on-time delivery rates in a previous role.
Defines a compelling long-term product vision while creating an iterative, agile roadmap to deliver immediate value.
Ruthlessly prioritizes features and initiatives that directly impact core business metrics and strategic goals.
Articulates complex product trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders, justifying decisions with data and strategic rationale.
Possesses strong knowledge and expertise in logistics and supply chain operations.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of 1PL/3PL models, last-mile delivery challenges, and post-purchase customer journeys.
Designs effective Service Level Agreements with partners that balance cost, speed, and reliability.
Shows a clear understanding of the unique operational challenges and opportunities within the Latin American logistics landscape.
Track record of data-driven optimization.
Relentlessly uses data to rigorously measure success and diagnose operational bottlenecks.
Creates and utilizes performance dashboards to monitor progress against goals and drive continuous product improvements.
Translates quantitative insights into actionable product requirements and experiments.
Demonstrates the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
Effectively aligns diverse internal teams (Engineering, Operations, CX) and external partners around a shared vision and roadmap.
Leads impactful cross-functional meetings and negotiations to secure enthusiastic buy-in and drive project execution.
Communicates product plans, risks, and progress with clarity and confidence to audiences at all levels.
Experienced in building customer-centric products.
Deeply understands customer pain points and anxieties, particularly in the post-purchase journey, and uses that insight to inform product design.
Uses customer feedback, user research, and journey mapping to design experiences that are simple, fair, and build long-term trust.
Champions the voice of the customer in all product decisions, ensuring the end-user experience remains the top priority.

Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min)
A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.
Step 3: Deep Dive interview (45 min)
You'll meet future colleagues and cross-functional team members to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
Step 4: Business Case (3-5 Days)
You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.
Step 5: Stakeholder Interview (45 min)
A conversation with your Product Director to discuss product strategy, technical trade-offs, and collaboration. Be ready to showcase how your design decisions and product delivery align with business and user needs.
Step 6: Co-Founder Interview (30 min)
If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
